2007 El Cantante

He grew up in abject poverty, his son was killed in an accidental shooting, his marriage was troubled, and he suffered from severe depression. In the end, he was left penniless and dying from AIDS.

2005 Lost in the Wild

An aircraft crash in the jungle of Mexico leads to a frantic race for survival for the lucky souls who escape from the wreckage. A glittering cast, featuring Robert Loggia (LOST HIGHWAY), Lindsay Wagner (of TV's BIONIC WOMAN fame), and Jennifer Lopez (OUT OF SIGHT) convincingly take to their parts, with an added edge provided by the fact that the story is based on a real life event. When the dust clears from the crash, a mixture of injured and able bodied survivors emerge, with the latter realizing they must help the former if they are to survive. Fans of thrillers such as ALIVE and THE MOSQUITO COAST will be delighted with this taut, nerve-jangling thriller, which is a wonderful illustration of how people can come together in moments of life-threatening danger.
